God is love. He does not hate anyone. This looks like it belongs to someone who is trying to spread hate not the love of Christ.
The owner of this van probably does not even know the true meaning of repentance in the greek(metanoia) and he or she probably thinks its confessing sins and feeling guilty and begging for forgiveness.
Friends,any message that brings fear,demands,threats or condemnation on you IS NOT THE GOSPEL.
Do not entertain such nonsense anymore.Leave the church if you must,your life is way more important than a building that does not know the reason it exists.
