THE REASON THE LAW WAS GIVEN WAS NOT FOR MAN TO KEEP BUT TO SHOW MAN'S WEAKNESSES..GALATIANS 3 19

Many believers think that the word of God is based on the ten commandments and their ability to keep it.So let's make it clear today .
GALATIANS 3 19
Why, then, was the law given? It was given alongside the promise to show people their sins. But the law was designed to last only until the coming of the child who was promised. God gave his law through angels to Moses, who was the mediator between God and the people.
1corinthians 15 56 states"the sting of death is sin..and the strength of sin is the law!!!this is because when man trust on his own efforts to please God,He negates the work of Jesus Christ on the cross.Worst thought ever.
Paul preached the gospel in antioch Pisidia in acts 13 39 and highlighted the fact...."Through him everyone who believes is justified from everything you could not be justified from by the law of Moses."
HEBREWS 8 7..If the first covenant had been faultless, there would have been no need for a second covenant to replace it.God Himself found fault with the law because it only brought judgement and curses to man.Why do we want to go back to it???
Romans8 1states "there is therefore now No condemnation for those that in Christ Jesus" or in simpler language believers or those that are saved or those who accept Christ in their heart..it goes on further to explain that the ten commandments(the law)will surely produce sin and in the end death.
in 2 corinthians 3 6 speaks of the spirit of Grace that gives life and the letter that kills which in context refers to the ten commandments.Imagine that statement in the bible. further proof of this is noted when the ten commandments were given at mt sinai there 3000 people died but at the day of pentecost 3000 who simply heard were saved....and so you may ask what must I do to be in line with Jesus in my life????.Dont try perform for what is already yours via Christ.Instead rest in His abundant and eternal love for you.
The law was given to show that humans cannot be as holy as God and that all have sinned.so what can u do?John 6 28 29 this question was asked and the reply by Jesus Himself was just believe.Thats it.so dont depend on your peformance.1john 4 19 we love because He first loved us.Simply receive His love for you because He loves you with all His heart mind strength and soul then you can understand and begin to reciprocate the love to Him and to others.
Friends this is truly good news.The fact that Jesus took your place so that you are forever free from condemnation.The blood of bulls and goats would keep the Israelites clean for a whole year but the blood of Jesus is greater than animal sacrifices.It is by His works and not ours that we are made right in the eyes of the Lord.isn't that GOOD NEWS.THAT IS THE TRUTH OF THE GOSPEL.So if anyone or even you yourself or the devil tries to make you feel guilty simply remember Romans 8 1.(there is therefore now no condemnation for those that are in Christ Jesus.
Many churches are afraid to teach this truth because they feel that it will lead to more sinning in the church.Where are we now???Things are getting worse because we have disqualified people out of God's love and make them feel like they have to do right to be right with God when all they have to do is believe.
1peter 3 18 "Christ suffered for our sins once for all time. He never sinned, but he died for sinners to bring you safely home to God"
friends its time for the goodness of our loving God to be revealed.lets teach the real Gospel.Let the world see why its called the good news...it must sound too good to be true.Believers must know God accepts them and is for them...not because of what they do...but because of what Jesus did 2000 years ago.
